Kids Pantry introduces children from two to 18 to gardening, cooking and healthy eating
Kids Pantry is Canberra’s only cooking school and kitchen garden designed just for kids, teaching children from two to 18 the joy of growing and cooking their own food.
Kids Pantry’s ‘dirt to dish’ approach and range of cooking and garden classes promote the importance of healthy eating from cultivation and harvesting to the kitchen, where children learn to understand recipes, practice essential cooking techniques, prepare meals and - finally - eat their creations from the produce they have harvested.
There’s something for everyone, from after school classes and school holiday programs, mini chef sessions and mums' groups, to school excursion sessions and weekend classes.

Kids parties are also catered for, with a variety of allergy-friendly packages for different ages and budgets
Canberra mum, Theresa Bradaric, decided to create Kid’s Pantry when her own experience with food allergies and intolerance took her back to the basics. Theresa is an experienced food science lecturer with degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and a Culinary Diploma.
